The
Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting
held on May 02, 2008, inter alia, has declared:
a. 3rd interim dividend of Rs 5.00 per
share for the financial year 2007-08.
b. a one time Special Jubilee interim dividend
of Rs 2.50 per share.
The Company had earlier declared and paid
2 Interim Dividends of Rs 4.00 per share
and Rs 3.50 per share. The Board has not
recommended any Final Dividend for the Financial
year 2007-08.
Further the Company has informed that,
the Register of Members & Share Transfer
Books of the Company will remain closed
from July 11, 2008 to July 18, 2008 (both
days inclusive).

Board of Directors vide Circular Resolution
dated April 24, 2008 have fixed May 09, 2008
as Record Date for the purpose of ascertaining
the shareholders eligible for receiving the
interim dividend, if declared, by the Board
of Directors at their meeting to be held on
May 02, 2008. Further, the company has informed
the Exchange that the interim dividend, if
declared, by the Board of Directors, will
be paid to the shareholders on or after May
16, 2008.

declared an interim dividend of Rs 3.50/-
per share to the equity shareholders of the
Company.
